I have heard that plecos will eat eggs of cichilds and stuff but will they eat snails jelly blobs? I have noticed the endless supply of snails is dwindling now! is it because plecos eating eggs and my ruthless snail crushing?

proberbly snail crushing and if u have some cory cats they will eat the crushed snail and on ocasion eat the snail egg sacks but ive never seen any of my bn eating the snail eggs

More likely a combo of crushing and the BN's limiting the available food supply for the snails. I have ramshorn snails in my 30 gallon BN breeding tank. I pull out several hundred every month to somewhat control their numbers. It would be helpful if the BN would eat their eggs...
