Do plecos like heavy currant like from the filter return?

mine doesnt mind from the return or the bubble walls...but appropriate filters for tank sizes is a must..you dont want to blow the guy away

LOL I agree. I have two juvies in a 2.5gal.tank with a Tetra PF10 filter. It flows pretty heavy but boy does it keep the tank clean. Sometimes I put a sheet of poly batting in the return flow just to slow it down some. It helps and really catches a lot more junk that the filter doesn't get. It's a bare bottom tanks so everything gets filtered out.
