Hi. Today I just bought a pleco about 1.5inch for my 75 gallon tank. The problem is that I already have another pleco of the same size in that tank (how stupid of me to read info about it before purchase) with a driftwood in the middle. The instant I added the new one in the start brawling and won't accept to share the driftwood. I immediately taken the new one out and acclimated it to the only other tank I have, a 10 gallon with about 20 guppy fries. I'm planning to leave it there for maximum 4 days before I have time to return it to my LFS. I've read from fishlore that plecos are herbivorce, still I want to ask to make sure that I won't find any find in its stomach. Would it eat my fries? Thanks

No it won't harm them, I keep BN Plecs in all my fry tanks to keep the algae down. They are 3-4 inchs and don't bother the fry.

Hello Fish_newbie...I've never been able to keep two Pleco's in the same tank for any length of time and I have 155g tank. My opinion is you're a lot better off with just 1. Nick has you covered on the other issue Hi Nick!
