I just got a albino chocolate pleco(I HAVE A POND I'LL MOVE IT THERE WHEN ITS TO BIG ) I would like to know tips facts, and what fish are compatible with

In your 16gal tank with these fish?

I have to say none,

Plec 24"
bala Shark 13"
Blue Gourami 6"
Paradise Gourami 2.5"
Tiger Barbs 2x3"=6"
African Leaf Fish 3"

Without the Plec that give you 30.5" of fish in a 16gal tank.

The Tigers are schooling fish, so should be in a group of 6+ (You dont have the room) and they will probably nip the Paradise as its very bright with flowing fins.

Personally I would rehome the Bala, the Peco and the Tigers and then look at stocking options.

im with jonah...your plec, although very handsome, is a common and will be stunted in that 20 gal..
