my baby Bristlenose are white and black?

the bristlenose are fine and now in a different tank. but i was just looking at them and found that 7 of my babies are white ?

what does this mean have they been cross breed?

or is it just because the babies and now coming out of the log?

Many normal colored bristlenose carry the gene for being albino.
This means the babies they produce, some will be normal colored, some will be albino.

Some times temperature can effect it.

More white babies means that more spream that carried the albino gene fertilized eggs.
To my knowledge, temperature does not affect the ratio of normal color to albino.

There don't have to be any albinos in the tank, because as Dino said, many seemingly-normal bristlenose plecos carry the albino gene.

Just like two brunette people who carry the recessive redhead gene may have a redheaded child, two normal plecos who carry the recessive albino gene may have albino offspring. In theory you should get more normal fry than albinos, but not every time.

Fish can carry the gene for albinoism in their dna but it does not show up in the color of the fish.
This is the same as 2 blue eyes people having a brown eyed child.
Neither parent has brown eyes, but they can carry the gene for brown eyes.

Hope this helps.
