I have 2 Plecos in a 75 gal tank (they came with it) one is about 7-8 from nose to end of tail and the other is about 4-5 in from nose to tail...I have read that they can get up to 18 inches and was just wondering how fast they will grow.

That is a common pleco which can get up to 18"+. They do grow fast and need a large tank when full grown.

There are two Plecs that are called Common Plecos. this is the one usually seen

Mine looks like the first one to me....I was just wondering how long it would take them to get bigger...as the little one is about half the size of the big one and i know he will get bigger too...I added some pics to my profile of the tank and other tank mates (what I could get of the little suckers)
