I ordered a male spotted LFBN Pleco off of aquabid. Yesterday, I made it a point to be home because he was getting delivered. I waited all day (he was supposed to arrive in the morning). Finally at 9pm I checked the tracking number with UPS. The status on the package said "delivered"! I panicked and could not figure out where the package could be. Finally I thought about our mailbox. I thought to myself "there is no way they would leave a package containing live fish in there" but I decided to check anyway. It was in there and the package was leaking (poor little guy). So I got him into a bown and acclimated him for 45 minutes before transfering him to my tank. When it was time to transfer him I got him in the net and he jumped out! He fell behind my bed. It took my 5 whole minutes to move my bed and find him. Suprisingly he was still alive. I grabbed him up and put him in the tank as fast as I could. So far, he looks like he is doing well, but that sure was a bad day for him. Poor little guy!

noticed our ups peeps don't bother knocking on the door either just sit the package where ever they can find a space front porch ect.. live on a fairly busy road and surprised my packages are there when i finally find them my daughters contacts where outside on the side porch for 4 days before i found them... complained and they suggested when i order things to make sure to get the people to get a signature confirmation showing delivery, cost a little more but worth it.glad he's doing ok poor little fella would have froze to death here.. i hate when fishes jump it's like major panic thought about ordering some guppies from there think i'll wait till warmer weather...
