How fast do L107's grow?

That can depend on tank conditions. If a tank is heavily stocked and less than frequent waterchanges done then it could take longer. (Fish produce hormones that inhibit growth, those hormones are partially removed with every waterchange.)

We had some hatch 3 months ago that are about inch and a half or so. I would consider 2-3 years to get full size. Dino and Butterfly can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think 8 months to a year before they are sexually mature.

Again, I am not 100% sure on that, but Dino and Butterfly are both more than qualified to correct any mistakes I may or may not have made in my information.

thanks. I've only had Glove for about a week and it's almost an inch long so I hope it grows fast.

Frequent water changes definately make them grow faster. I observed sexual maturity between 8 months and a year.
