Several problems with your tank:
1) You should read
http://www.fishlore.com/WaterChemistry.htm and
http://www.fishlore.com/NitrogenCycle.htm
2) Clown loaches should be kept in groups of 2-3 or more and should be kept only in 55g or larger tanks, because they can live well into their 70s-80s (yes, years.. There is one in Shedd's aquarium that has been on display since the 1930s.)
3) Platies, like most if not all livebearers, should be kept with ATLEAST 2 females per male in the tank to avoid over-harassment of any one female.
4) Your aquarium age says 1 day and you say 1 month (I assume the aquarium age thing is inaccurate?) In either case, what are your
ammonia,
nitrite, and Nitrates showing as on your testing kit.
5) Do you have a seperate tank for the fry? If you put them back in with the clown loach they will probably not survive.
6) Platies are much like guppies in that the females store sperm for upwards of 6 months. Which means once inseminated they can reinpregnate themselves until that sperm deposit runs out. The platies can, and often do, eat their own fry also.
