Yea, they look more silver, but we had a couple of those with mickey mouse patterns and the stores sell them as blue.

My blues actually are blue colored. She looks more like the weird Mickey Mouse Hi-fin I got that I named Pineapple- she reminded of Neon and Pineapple Swordtails

That pic is way off, sadly. They caught the irridescence of the scales with that picture.

They really are pretty, but more of a metallic blue and silvery blue then that bright flashy blue. Most people would find them quite plain I think, but I adore mine

Yea, I've not seen that species of platy with that intense blue.

Well i think she droped last nite, she is way thiner that last nite! hopfuly they all didnt get eaten.

Will i just have the two orange fry, my friend gave me "a Platy" i that it was a mollie did some research ans it was ate all the fry. I going to trade the mollie for a platy.
