Most of the time all this little gal does it sit on some thing. When she does move she looks like she is have a hard time staying "up".When she does stop she sinks to the bottom of the tank.

Does she not have a swim bladder? She swims straight and all that.Her tail and fins look fine and intact.She eat and poops all the time. I have to give her a cloud of food in front of her but other than that she eats fine.

What could be up?

yes, she is about the same or a bit smaller than all the rest of them.

She eats,poops, all that stuff. It's just that she does not swim very much and when she does it seem to be a bit hard for her.

I think some platy fry are born with defective swim bladders and she may have that problem. Those are the ones that will have a hard time getting off the bottom and maintaining buoyancy.
