I recently picked up 4 pictus catfish for helping control the algae in my tank and they have done a wonderful job. All the algae in my tank disappeared in about 3 days! My question is, when i go to put the sinking shrimp pellets in to supplement the pictus diet, my tiger barbs steal them as they are sinking. Is there a better way to feed the pictus to keep the other fish from eating it? Thanks for the help.

i'd say just feed the tiger barbs at the same time but on the other end of the tank, and toss the shrimp pellets in quickly.

also as a side note, i'd vary their diet a bit with sinking wafers instead of just shrimp pellets.
