I am putting one or two pictus catfish or a silvertip shark( I saw one at the petstore) can anyone tell me what the adult size of the pictus catfish is?

Actually, I will not get a silvertip shark because it can grow 24"!!!! Can you believe that?

Good for you for thinking of the fishes needs.
Now the pictus cat although small (approx 5 inches) needs a larger tank than a 10g tank and prefers to be in groups. Here's some interesting reading to do

they also prefer longer tanks to be totally psychotic on the bottom..they never stop moving and go side to side about a million times a minute!

when you get one get it a log. my friend isn't a very good tank keeper when it comes to fish choices he's an idiot. He kept one albino tiger barb ALONE
