I've only had the critter a couple of days and when I went to test his ammonia levels I found a massive bubble nest! Sadly I had to change his water and ruin it, but he rebuilt by the next day (when I ruined it again). I might have to get some TSS just so I don't feel like such a nest-wrecker.

Really good..... he flares when I put a mirror against the tank...... no bubble nest though

Heck no, Aquarist. Not only do I have no aspirations to breed, he's a betta and I wouldn't want to be responsible for any carnage.

Our betta made his first bubble nest around the cory eggs I had floating in a little net in the tank, bless his little heart. Is he confused or just desperate?

Bowie has remade his next every time I clean the water. He's much busier than Finny, my betta boy at work.
