or you could try a small piece of coral rock it depends on what ph you want?

crushed coral or crushed limestone as substrate will work well. why are you trying to raise it? what's the level at now? and what fish do you plan on keeping (assuming that this isn't for the 20 gallon, if it is then that's the answer )?

Baking soda will also increase your pH from what I've read on this forum. However, I don't know the amount that you have to add. Why are you wanting to increase it?

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. Right now my PH is fine but I just added a semi-small piece of driftwood which I heard lowers the PH. This is for my 20 gallon tank. Do I have to worry? And how long does it usually take if it will drop? Thanks!

you dont really need to worry about your ph as you have tropicals if your ph is kept at about 6.8-7.0 your fish should be fine mine is at 6.4 abouts its always changing as i have to do frequent waterchanges as im way overstocked
