Help! My oto is having internal bleeding at the bottom. It hardly moves nowadays. Should I separate him from the main tank? The tank only consist of guppies, panda cordy and oto.

what size tank is he in? what are your readings for ammonia/nitrite/nitrate? did you cycle your tank first?

I had him for two months and the tank is definitely cycled. It's a 40gal tank. Will measure the tank later.

It would help the members if you could fill out your aquarium info. At the top click Settings-->Edit Aquarium Info.

With 0 Nitrates and not knowing your ammonia readings it doesn't look like your tank is cycled or for some reason is going through a mini cycle.
Unless it's a heavily planted tank there would have to be some nitrates.

How old is the tank?
