Sadly if the neons do end up dieing, I'll be getting some more otos.

Well, I hope that the neons don't die, but I think there is really nothing sad in getting Otos. They are really sweet little fish if not as colorful as neons, they do a lot toward making the aquarium a cleaner place and they are a lovely peaceful little group to watch in the evening when the others are winding down for the night.

No it's only sad if the neons die not that I get more. Yes I have one right now and he is lonely, only one that lived out of the four. He likes to sit on my mag float during the day and clean and eat during the morning and evening.

Tuck, one of my Otos, was the only fish in the whole tank after my first Betta died and I had lost my first bunch of Otos except for him. He was alone for almost a month and was very lonely. They really miss having others of their kind around and get very sad.
