Oscar Photos
Please use this topic to post your Oscar photos. I'll leave it stickied so it appears at the top of the posts.
Thanks,

Re: Oscar Photos
Here's one of my favorites. It's a little blurry, and there had been some splashing at feeding so it's not the best quality. The floating plant is perfect. I keep telling him I'm going to glue the plants down.

My 2 baby oscars, Pa and Seaking.
Crap photo I know. Will take a better one soon, they've also grown quite substantially since this photo.
they're about an inch and a half - 2inches at the moment.

Man I wish I had an oscar, but if i get one, i wont be able to keep it for long because of college/university, then i'll have to wait up to 4 more years til i get out of there, then who knows how long til I get a place big enough to actually FIT and oscar tank...sigh...
Oh, and that picture of Oscar the Oscar is absolutly amazing.

Thanks Kate, Tiger's markings were more vivid when he was smaller but as he is growing his markings r fading a bit, i think this is because of high protein food that i'm feeding him, i have him for nearly 3 months only! he is growing pretty fast!

as they grow, rapidly of course, there stripes and colors do fade as they stretch with their skin...out of all my oscars over 9 years of owning them, the tigers always fade because the orange isnt as strong as it would be in an albino....hows hand feeding and their personalities coming neville?
