first thing you should do when you see ich or flashing, is raise the temp above 84. The bacteria wont be abe to live in that temp, so it will die. Syphon your tank twice a week to remove all spores at the bottom. leave your tank like this for 2 weeks, even if you dont see the ich anymore.

Welcome to Fish Lore
I'm sorry your fish aren't feeling well. Are you sure it's ich?

Just a small correction, Ich is a parasite, not bacteria. You'll also want to increase aeration to make up for less oxygen in the warmer water.
Otherwise, good advice IF you're dealing with ich.

Can you post a pic? I wonder if it could be somthig else if they're missing scales.
Also, it would help if we knew the readings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?
Any other tank mates? if so, what kind and how many?

oops! yup parasite

JUST NOTICED SOMETHING:
You mentione your younger oscar is missing a chunk out of his face... If possible, take a picture of it as it can be HOITH disease ( hole in the head)

Also, ich, looks like little grains of salt, as if it were sprinkled on your fish...
