I am about to have a stab at breeding Guppies in my 3rd Tank. Assuming I have some sucess, will it be okay to feed the ones that I can't sell or don't want to keep to my Oscars?

As long as you properly feed your guppies a stable diet, and keep the tank parimeters clean and healthy, its fine...

Yes you can feed your Oscars some guppies, but you have to make sure the guppies are well fed so then when your oscars eat the guppies... the Oscars won't feel so sick after.

Also if you want to feed them something else... like dead insects you find around your home... it MIGHT be fine because I have fed my oscars some of those before in my other 80 gallon tank..

Just don't feed your Oscars Ants. They produce toxins that can make your oscars go crazy...

Also, make sure that you shouldn't be feeding guppies to your Oscars everyday. They will start to get used to the guppies and won't want to try anything else.

So I used to feed mine flake food, and sometimes lettuce stems.

Then I will mix up the food. On some mornings I will feed them flake food, and then at night I'll give them some lettuce..

It just depends on how you want your schedule to be.

Just remember, don't feed your Oscars guppies everyday xD
