I recently got a 110 gallon tank. The tank came with two turtles that i need to babysit until the end of summer. I have the tank filled up half way and have a young oscar fish in there with the turtles. at first he was very afraid of the turtles. but now he literally hangs out with them. They all greet me when i return home, they all beg for food together. With the tank filled up half way i put in a shelf so a portion of the surface of the water is land for the turtles. It has like a shallow beach area there about 4 inches deep and when the turtles sunbathe oscar goes in the shallow water with them and just chills. I LOVE IT! lol

Im sure its cute when you see them together, but be careful..turtles make tons of waste and the ammonia will creep up before you know it and it mite hurt the oscar...

ya ya ya i kno i kno thank you.....i have two very powerful filters in the tank and pretty much do daily water changes. i wouldnt dare post nething on here without already covering my bases with you people jeezzzeee

I so wasnt trying to be mean...ive had this type of set up before also...and didnt realize the ammonia issue...SO sorry!
