I have a four inch Oscar and Iheard of people feeding Oscars crickets and frozen foods, such as bloodworms, is it ok if I feed my Oscar this along with some cichlid staple?

It's always good to feed a variety. If you can get vitiman enriched food (it is possible with frozen bloodworms), it is a good idea to keep your oscar from getting Hole in the Head disease.

Variety is the spice of life, and keeps oscar from being a dull fish?

Oscars will love crickets and bloodworms, they like small shrimps and prawns too (u don't have to peel the skin).

you don't have to cook the shrimp, just tear off the head and put the raw shrimp in the tank, bigger oscars will even eat live shrimps! u can also feed big shrimps but u have to peel the skin in that case.
