I've had several other guarami and dalmation fish setups this i my first stab at a 55gal aquarium with large fish so do any of you know a good place to find maybe used tanks for sale ive checked the normal sites ebay and craigs list but i was wondering if one of you had a better idea were to get a cheap tank or stand and how careful do i need to be about my waters hardness and how do i moniter that with lithmus paper or something else

If you go to your LPS they often have a bunch of fliyers on the door of people trying to sell pets and old pet items (house, toys,tanks, ect...). On your next trip down there you should check it out and look around
