A lil hazey over the eyes

I've noticed last night that Stumpy, has like a hazey type film covering his eyes. It is not completely white, but there looks to be something covering his eyes. What could be causing this? He still swims around and responds somewhat when I walk up to the tank. I've also noticed that he has stopped eating, but is still somewhat active

He got the name Stumpy because he had a battle with a crawfish I had in the tank. And the crawfish got ahold of him, gave him some superficial body scars, and completely snipped off his tail. It has grown back, and the crawfish is now swimming with some other fishes

Re: A lil hazey over the eyes

The first thing I would do is check water paremeters,a lot of times this can be caused through water conditions..do regular wc and see if this helps.

Yes water change. My Iridescent sharks were prone to eye cloud when they were little. I found a small dose of Melafix over a couple days helped immensely. Just don't use it on labirynth type fishes. i.e. gouramis & bettas
