Got a personal message from someone asking me what i feed my Oscar, and i can't reply for some reason. So I'm posting it here in hopes that he sees it.

First off i feed him twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, as much as he can eat for about 3 minutes.
In the morning i feed him the Hikari Cichlid Gold pellets, he seems to like them.
In the evening i feed him my homemade food, combined the recipe from some i found around the net

pretty much the only difference between what mine is and the one in the link is that i used crushed prenatal vitamins instead of the liquid type.

That looks like a good recipe,I make my own with beefheart, prawns, garlic, spinach, spiralina, vitamens and pellets.
