I THINK my odessa barbs spawned for me :)

Ok, ive got a group of 8 odessa barbs in my 72G so i decided i wanted to breed them now they are mature, so i moved the rams into the 45G ( all went smoothly and they are getting along ok with the cokatoo cichlids) and i put my plumpest female and my biggest, most colourful male into the 15G, this morning i watched them swim over the plants with the male almost wrapping around the female after alot of chasing, i think ive got eggs in amongst the plants so i have removed the parents, wish me luck

If they did spawn earlier the eggs are due to hatch at around 5:30 pm tomorrow, UK time

Hopefully they have spawned but if not, i'l get a different pair and try again .

Dont worry, i will keep you posted, maybe even pics if your lucky

Is this thing an odessa barb fry?

Right, 3 days ago i put 2 odessa barbs in my 15G and i believe that they spawned for me
So i knew i wouldnt see anything for the first 24 hours after taking the parents out because the eggs wouldnt have hatched, i waited for a day, the eggs should have hatched but i still decided that i wouldnt be able to see the fry, today is the day the fry should have become free swimming and on the back glass of the tank i can see one little grey line and 2 little white dots on either side of its head, is this one of my odessa barb fry?

Thanks
