| I would suggest a minimum of 30G for 1 BKG. They would grow to about 7-8 inches in aquariums but most doesn't get that big (I haven't seen any bigger than that). They are carnivource and hunt at night, you better not keep them with the tetras. If you have a big enough tank, you can keep 2 in one tank, but they need separate hiding places as they fight. One more thing, don't keep them with fish who might want a piece of them, eg. oscars, big cichlids. Other than that, they're awesome fish, very unique. |
