Frozen daphnia for peacock eel???

I meant to buy some frozen bloodworm cubes from PetSmart today, but the employee gave me Hikari Bio-Pure frozen daphnia cubes. I've never used frozen foods before, so I'm seeking advice.

1. Would my 6" peacock eel and african dwarf frog prefer frozen bloodworms or will they be fine with the daphnia?
2. How much and how often should I feed them? If they need a break from the daphnia, they can munch on
3. What's the best method for feeding the thawed daphnia to them? I was planning on letting a daphnia cube thaw and then use a turkey baster to squirt the daphnia towards the tank bottom.
4. What should I do with the leftover thawed daphnia? Can I just keep it in some tupperware and put it back in the freezer to use for the next feeding?

I would like to feed my eel and frog some daphnia tonight, so I'm hoping someone will share some knowledge with me (the sooner, the better). Thanks!

2. ...they can munch on the fish flakes the other fish miss or the frog food pellets. The eel and frog have survived for almost a year with this diet, but I never see the eel eat.

OK. I figured it out on my own. My eel now loves freeze dried bloodworms and so do my other fish. I did try to feed them some daphnia. I took a tablespoon or so of water out of my aquarium and put it in a cup. Then I let a frozen daphnia cube thaw in the aquarium water before using a turkey baster to squirt the mixture into the tank. The eel and fish came to the surface to eat, but the daphnia is hard for them to find since the pieces are so tiny. So, I'm just sticking with freeze dried bloodworms. And my frog likes his HBH Frog & Tadpole Bites. ...What can I say?! I'm learning from experience...
