Question: pleco's

I would like to know how you can tell the sex. i have a baby common pleco. and i named it Rex cause he looks like a prehistoric dinosaur.

hes a piggy too. eats every thing. he is sucking everywhere while a foot long poop strand is coing out lol its funny

and yes i do feed him. 1 algea tablet every other day.

You can't when they are that small if at all. Common plecos can get 20"+ and get to 5-7" pretty fast from my experience.
