Black ghost!

Ive had my black ghost for about 4 or 5 months now and he grew BIG fast! I know they are agressive fish once they get big. So i was just wondering if he will starting nipping at my other fish? He is about 6 to 7 inches long and my smallest fish is probly one of our cory's or one of my tetra's, wich are like barely an inch long.

Thanks!

We had one that was about 8" or so long and he never bothered the other fish in our tank. Which included angels, gourami, pleco, and umm I'll have to get my hubby to put his in because its been over 4 years since we had that tank. Depending on the type of cory's (unless they are dwarf) I don't think you'd have to worry too much about them the tetra's I'd worry though. My suggestion would be too keep a nice supply of ghost shrimp in your tank. The bgkf love them and ours was known to eat close to 2 dozen in one night.

It will really depend on the fish's behavior. I would imagine the tetras might be the more tempting target for him. I'm on my third BGKF right now. I had to give my first away. The second I think died of stress. My third is doing well. The second one seemed to be far different in behavior between the other two. If you are going to risk having him in there with the smaller ones, you need to watch him carefully when the lights are off. Thats usually when they go hunting. As my wife said above, ghost shrimp seem to be a good choice for them to eat. He might be more likely to ignore the fish if he has other options for food. I would say both the cories and tetra are at some risk though.

Frozen blood worms are one of their favorites. Thats perfectly fine. The one I have now seems like he does not like those as much as my previous 2 fish, but he deals with them. I believe my current one prefers live food, so I am going to try to harvest some live bloodworms myself.
