In your other thread asking about cycling I gave some info about cycling that would be helpful here.
A couple of things could be happening.
They could be feeling the effects of a cycling tank. I gave recommendations in your other thread for that.
I've found neons to be fin nippers sometimes they have to prove whose boss. Once pecking order is established things may calm down. You can try and provide more hiding places for them to get away from each other.
Sometimes, it not unusual for them to go off by themselves if they're feeling safe. On the other hand, a fish will leave it's school and hide if it's not feeling well.
You really should get a
test kit (mentioned in the other thread). Knowing your readings will help us give better info.
In the mean time, I'd suggest a
water change if you haven't done one today.
