Neon with brown/black spots

My neon has weird brown/black spots on its fins is this ok??

New tank
Amonia-0
nitrate-0
nitrite-0
pH-8.0

can you get us a pic? what else is in with him?
the tank isnt cycled yet so once you get ammonia, make sure you start water changes every day with some prime once you do...your tank will take a few weeks to cycle with fish so keep a close eye on things so you dont loose any fish...

I just changed tanks but he had the spots before i moved him

wasnt saying it was the cycle that caused it was just warning you about the ammonia rising...can you get us a pic? and what was he in with? could he have been picked on and now he has fin rot? just trying to throw out solutions for ya

I see the lump at the base of his tale. Does he have another spot on his back too? If you have more neons do they have the same symptoms?

He has a spot on his upper and lower fin. no other neons have spots
