fin nipping mystery

Hey dudees xx

Like i think i've mentioned in a post before (but i can't find it, which is why i'm starting a new thread), my tetras have chunks missing out of their fins, but i can never catch the culprit! Its not fin rot, because i've researched that, and it looks nothing like that. I've researched "fin nipping" and it looks like this is the case...

HOWEVER! No matter how hard i try, i can't find the fish thats biting all the others, but i think i have a clue. ...

One of the glowlights is spotless. Its fins are completely normal, and its just perfect! Whilst most, if not all of the others have chunks of their fins missing...

So, is it likely that this glowlight is the little nipper?

Here's about the stars: What the stars signify under user names

I don't know much about tetras, so I can't help you with the other question.

when the fishies are stressed, and an uncycled tank will do that, they all have different habits and nipping is a way for them to relieve stress...it could be just about any of them and in a 30l , there isnt much room for them to get away from one another....see if you can get some stress coat + and keep up with their daily water changes

Okeydokey. I'm doing regular water changes now. I'll try and get some stress coat, for them =]

When the tank actaully finishes cycling, is it possible that the fish will be ok? And not bite eachother? I've put lots of plants in, and theres a rock cave for them to hide in
