color fade and lump

After following all the steps for treating ICH. The largest neon tetra in my tank has lost a spot of red in its tail, it actually appears to be a tumor of some sort. Should I remove this fish? The reason for asking is because a guppy gave birth, and my platty is pregnant. All of the other fish seem to be really happy, as they all have taken to playing in the currant and bubbles the filter is creating. They all look like dancing dolphins.

ok apparently tumor growth is something inherented and there is no cure. there is also something called neon tetra disease, symptoms are loss of color , loss of equilibrium and this disease affect other fish.
