Neon Breeding

Hi everyone. I am wondering do neon tetras lay small eggs on plants? I have 14 and on one of my plants there are loads of white dots.

Neon tetras are egg scatterers, Meaning as they swim through the tank they scatter eggs. I would say those are probably angel fish eggs instead.
If the eggs are completely white that means they aren't any good. They should be kind of clear.
Hope you don't mind I merged your two Neon breeding threads. When the same thread/question is posted in different places they don't get much response. this way all your information in in one place.

I agree with Carol. They could be Angelfish eggs. Neon tetras' eggs would be seen all over the aquarium not just on the plants. Try removing the eggs (if it's possible) to get a closer look unless you can confirm which fish the eggs belong to.

white eggs usually indicate fungus. I would try to remove the white ones if you want what ever it is to hatch.
