My neon has a white little dot on the top of his fin. He is eating and acting fine, but it is kind of freaky. The dot is laying on his back. It is located behind the top fine.

Is it on the fin or the body ? If it's on body, is it like discoloration ?
Don't panic, neons can be treated.
