Thanks all for the fast responses
Thanks for your comments. I already looked into the koralia nano pump and will get it soon. Please send me the info for the lights, I'll look into it. I do have to watch the cost since I'm getting all brand new. With the 25lbs of live rock and 20lbs of live sand that i have coming in the mail, it will be over $700 spent already. (I had to get a quarentine tank and everything that goes with it, plus the chemichals and other stuff)
I'm having problems with the pictures upload, I have to learn how to do it so bear with me.
I'm making sure there are no leaks before mixing the salt water so I filled the tank with fresh water hope this is OK.
I do have a couple of questions.
1. I only see the water pump that is conected to the water jets. Am I supposed to do anything with the blue sponge? I see that there are other things underneath it but I'm afraid to take the whole thing apart cause I may not be able to put back in that little space. This seems too easy, just connect the pump and its ready? (The instructions that came with the tank are useless).
2. I see ridges in the black wall, they have these little compartments (they look like windows), should I take them out so the water flows through to the sponge or should I let the water overflow into the sponge?
3. On my very first water treatment. Im planning to decloronize the water and then add the salt. Now, I have seen these Kent starting kits that have three bottles in it. Do I need to get that or is this enough to start the cycle.
Thanks for your help. I'll post the pictures as soon as i can.
