How to get my naso tang eating.

I've had him for about 2 weeks now and still won't eat. i put some nori in the tank for my yellow tang who absoloutely loves it and can't get enough. the naso tang will swim right past it without even giving it a thought. he won't eat flakes and he won't eat pellets and he barely touches the frozen stuff. I wanna give some macro algaes a try because he loves picking at the algae that gross on the rocks. (not LR fake rocks)

At least he's grazing which is very important/good sign. How abut leaving lights for few more hours a day.
I am a firm believer of Monkey see Monkey do when it comes to initiating feeding.

Stop the dried food unless all taken by others.

Are you breaking up the algae b/n fingers in the tank. If not do so (tiny amt of nori). Or you can soak the tiny bit of nori in the small amt of tank water in the container and pour them in when broken up. Step back and observe. Shutting down the pump for few minute is also good idea.

Another overlooked issues is current in the tank. Shoud have Grounding titanium probe in the tank (cheap)

I don't think it's that he won't eat i think it's because he can't. today i was sitting on my bed watching the yellow tang eat the nori. He bit through it and a piece floated away the naso tang caught it and started biting at it but the yellow tang (boss of the tank) swam over to it and started eating it and the naso tang swam away and continued swimming around the tank. I mean it's not like he doesn't have opportunities to eat it because there are times when he is right next to the nori while the yllow tang is on the complete opposite side and he still doesn't touch it.
