Moving the fish tank

I may be forced to move across the country due to my job. I plan on giving my fish back to the local store but with the live rock and the live sand, is it possible to move it across the country or is it better to sell it back?

I think so, yeah. You could package up the rock and sand and move it "semi-dry" in totes or even in the tank itself with the water mostly drained. You may have some die-off, but nothing too drastic I'd think if you could re-setup the tank right away.
