one of my zebra danios just full on attacked one of my bamboo shrimp. It was like dogfight status but then the shrimp gave the fish a good whack and he was off. crazy creatures.... :

haha. I think what happened was the shrimp was hanging on the thermometer and then she let go. (yes I know the genders of my fish lol... Both shrimp are female and I have one female danio and one male. ) anyways, while the shrimp was floatin down from the thermo to get to the ground, a danio saw it and thought a dead yummy shrimp was floating, fed by me :. So he went over and grabbed it in his mouth but didnt expect for the shrimp to grab him! they were like wrestling until the shrimp let go.

I bet the danio will check twice before putting any shrimp in his mouth next time. I bet, the next time you feed them shrimp...that fish is extra careful. LOL

Lol, the same thing happened to me. My bamboo shrimp was in his cave when the shark came in and the shrimp whacked him or something because he flew out. The shark was pretty small anyway.
