Do you already have 14 fish in your tank? If you do, i'm afraid i think you are going to be overcrowded...
However if not, i'd suggest guppies, neon tetras, glowlights...
What do you mean by 'waiting for pop. to go down'? How will this happen? Will you be giving some away? With 14 fish in a 10g you're without a doubt overstocked. I wouldn't add anything else at this point.
