Re: its official- how many can i fit??

I like aggressive fish. I have a 55 gallon with an Oscar, a Green Terror, a Red Jewel African Cichlid, a Chcolate pleco, a really mean Black Upside-down Catfish, and a Bala Shark. Way too many fish for a 55 gallon, but I'm getting rid of the Bala Shark a.s.a.p. and also getting rid of the Black Cat or the Pleco. Also probably getting a larger tank when the Oscar reaches around 10 inches or so. My Red Jewel and Green Terror are highly aggressive... so is the Black Cat, but they never seem to harm each other... they just box without really hurting each other... at least that I can see. No visible wounds or scars or anything. I have alot of rocks and a few plastic plants and none of the fish disturb them or try to move them around or anything like that... although they are still pretty young. Maybe when they get older they might, but for now they leave everything in the tank alone. And everything you hear about Oscars being so aggressive... my Oscar is by far the biggest fish in the tank but he is the most peaceful by a longshot... except of course for the Bala Shark and the Pleco.
