And to my surprise found 2 juvenile platy fry alive and healthy living inside. They must of got sucked down into there shortly after their birth. I'm guessing these guys would be about 2-3 months old judging by their size.

They were large enough to be released back into the tank in which they were born. Their only concern now is avoiding some angel fish but they can easily survive with amount of hiding spots and also being too quick for the angels.

It's incredible because the little guys would not have seen light since their birth and were in remarkable heath considering what the water looked like inside. Talk about lucky!!

Hello Spatch and Welcome to Fish Lore. Sounds like a wonderful, surprising rescue for certain. Our little fish are sometimes a lot stronger than we give them credit for. I'm sure they are glad to see the light though
