I had my 3in bala sharks for about three weeks now.In my dads 125g. Suddenly one of them white spots on their bodies for about 3 days.and its tail has turned red what do I do

What are the water readings? Do the spots look like salt? It may be ICH.
Could you post a pic of the bala?

Hmm I also think its Ich, when was the last w/c and what is the temp in your tank?

balas are crazy erratic swimmers and startle or scare easily ...if dad has anything hard or sharp in the tank, he could have banged himself on something and if the water parimeters are not good,he will get infected....ich doesnt turn red usually...
