Too warm?

My tank water is currently 82-83*. Is this too warm for my fish? They seem happy and I really hate to stick my hand all the way to the bottom of the tank to change the temperature on the heater. It's stuck to the glass horizontally at the bottom.

The fish I have in the tank are:

betta
Guppy
Neon Tetras
Zebra Danios
Kuhli loaches
Otocinclus

What do you think?

Hello Maddielynn. That is a tad bit high. Personally I would lower it to 78.
