Brown alge turned green

Last week I upgraded my lighting from two 15 watt fixtures that came with my 55 gallon tank to one 48 inch 130 watt fixture I purchased at a lfs,at the time I had a small amount of brown alge when I returned home from work yesterday I noticed it has turned green I was under the impression that brown alge was caused by to much light and green alge was caused by to little light was I wrong, are is this something I should be concerened about ?
