Feeding fish - complete nutrition?

I need to know if my fish are getting complete nutrition. First I want to know about my community tank:

I have 3 mollies, 1 dwarf gourami, 1 female betta, 1 rubberlip pleco, and 5 kuhli loaches. I'm not too worried about the loaches and the pleco because the loaches scavenge plus they get sinking pellets, and the pleco has algae to eat. I'm wondering about the other fish.

I used to feed them tropical flakes, but I decided to try feeding them frozen foods instead. I think it's making the female betta in particular look more colorful, but I don't know if they're getting everything they need.

The frozen food package I got them has 4 different foods: bloodworms, brine shrimp, a mix of algae and bloodworms, and a mix of algae, lettuces, and some kind of small shrimp. If I alternate these, will they get everything they need?

Then I'm wanting to know about my red eyed puffer. I'm alternating bloodworms and brine shrimp (both frozen), and once I melted one of the lettuce mix cubes so I cold get the little shrimp out for him. I occasionally try to feed him snails, too, but for some reason my snails aren't breeding too well right now.

Are they getting everything they need? I'm most worried about the community tank - should I be feeding them flakes, too? I feel like the frozen foods are much more healthy, especially since 2 of my mollies were constipated until I started on the frozen foods.

That is a good diet. You can also feed them veggie flakes too. I prefer the Omega One Veggie Flakes because they are healthier then Tetra brands.

For the Pleco you need to feed him fresh veggies like blanched cucumber, zuchini, rommaine lettuce, spinach......it's good for them...not just algae and algae wafers.

I always use VitaChem with any frozen or freeze-dried foods to make sure they're getting all their vitamins. Especially with my picky dwarf puffers. It's great stuff

P.S. Pink, I decided to keep Wilhelm instead of trading him in for the DP's I wanted. He's just so stinkin' CUTE!

This is probably going to force me to get another 10g for dwarf puffs eventually...

I really wish I had known about puffers before I stocked my 29g, because I'd love to move my red eye in there and get 1 or 2 females, and keep DP's in the 10 gallon. Oh well, my community tank is cute too!

Thanks for the advice!
