I disagree on both counts, sort of.
The original post was clear to me: The company shipped quite awhile ago, according to them (more on this in a moment), and the package has not yet arrived. If they truly did ship it, you're correct, that's not the company's fault.
The company wants Fullofit to wait another month to see if a package that should arrive in a week or so will come. That
is the company's fault, and it's bad customer service.
Fullofit: how did you pay? I would take a look at the rules for disputing a purchase, because the company may be messing with you and trying to get you to wait beyond the cutoff point for filing a dispute.
Also, how did you ship, did they give you a tracking number, etc...?
This may be a legitimate loss on the part of the shipping company's fault, but you don't want to presume so and wait so long that it becomes more difficult to get your money back if it turns out not to be.
