in some livebearers, there is a spot in the rear of the belly showing the developing eggs called the
gravid spot. this is only visible in some species, as the color vaiation on some mollies and livebearers can block out the spot. you can tell buy the fish being very large in size.
However, I wish to address a couple other situations that you have. From your aquarium information, it says the following:
10 gallon tank; 3 mollies and 2 black skirt tetras
2.5 gallon tank; 1 molly
these tanks are considerably small for the fish you have, and you should consider upgrading your tank size. for these fish, you can use the "1 inch of adult sized fish per gallon of water" guideline to help stock the tank. Your current ten gallon stock holds the amount of fish to fully stock a 20 gallon aquarium. You can buy a 29 gallon aquarium and add the other molly in the 2.5 gallon tank, which is a very small space for even a single molly. You will also want to check out the
nitrogen cycle article here on the fishlore page, as I see you do not know about it.
Good luck and if you need any more information, i will gladly help
