Question: marble mollywhitish grey patch? help plz

hi im having trouble with one of my marble mollies. he is a male and i have one other male. he has some sort of whitish grey patch under his gills. he seems to be swimming fine but im a little worried tht it could be something serious. my amonia and nitrites are at 0 and my nitrates are at aboout 7 and my pH is 7.2 about. help plz
